Warranty/damage during shipment. 7.1. The goods delivered must possess the quality standards customary in commerce without any assurance of suitability for their intended purpose or their ability to be processed in a particular manner. If deliveries are governed by standards – unless specifically regulated in the order confirmation – they must be governed by the European technical standards (EN standards). Minor changes or changes in our obligations to perform and deliver acceptable from the Client’s point of view are deemed to have been approved in advance. This applies, in particular, to changes conditioned by the item itself.
