Examples of A Definitions in a sentence

  • Signed duly authorised for and on behalf of the SUPPLIER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT SCHEDULE 1: SERVICES The definitions set out in Annex A (Definitions) to this FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT SCHEDULE 1 apply throughout this Framework Agreement Schedule 1 (Services) and Sub- schedules 1(a) (Service specification for the provision of Temporary work-seekers).

  • The Clause A (Definitions) and Clause B (Interpretation) shall survive the termination of this Agreement, to the extent required to interpret any of the surviving clauses of the Agreement.

  • The provisions of the Agreement that by their nature survive expiration or termination of the Agreement will survive expiration or termination of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, the following Sections of these GTCs: 3 (Payments and Invoicing), 4 (Intellectual Property Rights), 5 (Confidentiality), 7 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 8 (Limitation of Liability), 9.3 (Indemnification by Customer), 10 (Term and Termination), 12 (Third-Party Products ), 14 (Miscellaneous), and Exhibit A (Definitions).

  • In this Agreement, unless the context requires otherwise, all Definitions shall have the meanings as described to such terms in accordance with Annex A: Definitions and common terms.

  • Unless defined elsewhere in this Administrative Agreement, capitalized words used throughout this Administrative Agreement are defined in Annex A (Definitions).

  • Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined in this Agreement are used as defined in (or by reference in) Appendix A (Definitions).

  • Certain capitalized terms as used herein shall have the meanings set forth in Appendix A (Definitions) hereto which is incorporated herein by reference.
