A person means a single individual or legal person and includes a group of companies.
of a Person means any and all property, whether real, personal, tangible, intangible, or mixed, of such Person, or other assets owned, leased or operated by such Person.
Business owned by a person with a disability means a business concern that is at least 51% owned by one or more persons with a disability and the management and daily business operations of which are controlled by one or more of the persons with disabilities who own it. A not- for-profit agency for persons with disabilities that is exempt from taxation under Section 501 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is also considered a "business owned by a person with a disability".
Purported Beneficial Transferee means, with respect to any purported Transfer (or other event) which results in a transfer to a Trust, as provided in Section 6.2.2 of this Article VI, the Purported Record Transferee, unless the Purported Record Transferee would have acquired or owned shares of Capital Stock for another Person who is the beneficial transferee or owner of such shares, in which case the Purported Beneficial Transferee shall be such Person.
Wholly Owned Domestic Subsidiary means, as to any Person, any Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of such Person which is a Domestic Subsidiary.

Guardian ad litem means an individual whom the court appoints to assist the court in determining the child's best interests. A guardian ad litem does not need to be an attorney.

Family farm corporation means a corporation founded for the purpose of farming agricultural land in which the majority of the voting stock is held by and the majority of the stockholders are persons or the spouse of persons related to each other within the fourth degree of kinship, according to the rules of the civil law, and at least one of the related persons is residing on or actively operating the farm, and none of whose stockholders are a corporation.
