AAV Capsid Variant Library. AAV Capsid Variant Library means a collection of variant AAV capsid open reading frames inserted into an AAV genome in a manner that renders such variants genome replication-competent with the appropriate helper virus functions and capable of being selected and evolved to optimize their ability to deliver nucleic acid sequences to human or animal cells.
