The Recipient will include an updated Aboriginal Consultation Record, if consultation with any Aboriginal Community is required, in its Progress Report.
No Funds will be provided to the Recipient under the Agreement unless Canada and, if applicable in the opinion of the Province, the Province are satisfied that their respective obligations have been met in respect of the legal duty to consult and, if applicable, accommodate any Aboriginal Community.
If consultation with an Aboriginal Community is required, the Recipient will maintain an Aboriginal Consultation Record and provide such record to the Province, and any update to it, as part of its reporting to the Province pursuant to section D.3.1 (Inclusion of Aboriginal Consultation Record).
