Band Council definition

Band Council means the council of the band as defined in the Indian Act (Canada);
Band Council means a council of the band as defined in subsection 2 (1) of the Indian Act (Canada); (“conseil de bande”) “chief of police” means a chief of police of a police service maintained by a police service board or the Commissioner, and
