The Recipient, by signing this Agreement acknowledges that the Province has delegated the procedural aspects of any consultation obligations that the Province may have with any Aboriginal Group in relation to any Project in which Funds are directed and accepts said delegation and agrees to act diligently as the Province’s delegate so as to preserve the Honour of the Crown in relation to any consultation obligations that the Province may have in relation to any Project in which Funds are directed.
The Recipient acknowledges and agrees that the provision of any Funds under this Agreement is strictly conditional upon the Province satisfying any obligations it may have to consult with and, if appropriate, accommodate any Aboriginal Group with an interest in any Project in which Funds are directed in order for the Project to proceed.
By entering into this Agreement, the Province delegates the procedural aspects of any consultation obligations the Province may have with any Aboriginal Group in relation to any Project in which Funds are directed to the Recipient as set out in Schedule “G” of this Agreement.
Provide a detailed description of any actions it took in relation to consultation with any Aboriginal Group with an interest in any Project in which Funds are directed in its Project Report, as set out under Part B.1 of Schedule “B” of this Agreement.
The questions on `Gender', `Member of a Visible Minority', `Person with Disability' and `Aboriginal Group' are not mandatory, but are requested for program evaluation purposes.
