Aboriginal Interests definition

Aboriginal Interests means asserted aboriginal rights (including aboriginal title) or determined aboriginal rights (including aboriginal title) which are recognized and affirmed by section 35(1) of the Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000.

More Definitions of Aboriginal Interests

Aboriginal Interests means asserted aboriginal rights, including title, or such determined aboriginal rights as are recognized by section 35(1) of the Constitution Act, 1982 (treaty rights).
