Aboriginal Rights definition

Aboriginal Rights means asserted or determined aboriginal rights, including aboriginal title, which are or may be recognized and affirmed by section 35 of the Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000;

Aboriginal Rights means Tsilhqot’in Nation’s asserted or determined aboriginal rights, including aboriginal title, as recognized and affirmed by section 35(1) of the Constitution Act, 1982;
