By delivering the Goods to ABP, the Customer shall be deemed to confer severally upon ABP and any ABP Party, the benefit of all warranties, representations, limitations and exclusions of or exemptions from liability, indemnities, defences, amenities and rights provided under these Conditions for the benefit of ABP, upon any such Person providing any Services in relation to the Goods.
BRRD Party means any Underwriter subject to Bail-in Powers.
Obligated Person means a general partner of a limited partnership, a partner of a general partnership, or a participant in or an owner of an interest in any other type of business enterprise who, under applicable law, is generally liable for the obligations of the business enterprise.
Company Entity means each of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Aggrieved person is the person or persons making the claim.
Responsible Party means a public or private body or any other person which, alone or in conjunction with others, determines the purpose of and means for processing personal information;
