AC45 Class Rule definition

AC45 Class Rule means the class rule for the AC45 Yachts to be used in the America’s Cup World Series, the Youth America’s Cup and/or any other regattas sailed in AC45 Yachts (if any), including all amendments to, interpretations of and rulings regarding such class rule;
AC45 Class Rule means the class rule for the yachts to be used in regattas prior to the implementation of the AC72 Class Rule and in other regattas that do not form part of the Event (such as youth regattas), including all amendments, interpretations and rulings.

Examples of AC45 Class Rule in a sentence

  • GGYC and the Challenger of Record shall publish the AC45 Class Rule as soon as reasonably practicable but in any event by no later than July 3, 2014.

  • Except as provided under Article 35.1, or unless otherwise stated in the AC45 Class Rule and/or AC62 Class Rule (as applicable), the Measurement Committee shall have no authority to amend any of the Rules but may issue interpretations of the AC45 Class Rule and/or the AC62 Class Rule.

  • The Arbitration Panel chairman shall mediate any deadlock between GGYC and the Challenger Committee where they cannot timely reach agreement on the approval of any changes to update the AC45 Class Rule pursuant to Article 35.1 and in the event that such mediation fails (in whole or part) for any reason, the Arbitration Panel chairman shall arbitrate any matter or matters remaining in dispute and his decision shall be final and binding on all parties and shall not be subject to any review or appeal.

  • Except as provided under Article 35.1, or unless otherwise stated in the AC45 Class Rule and/or the AC Class Rule (as applicable), the Measurement Committee shall have no authority to amendany of the Rules but may issue interpretations of the AC45 Class Rule and/or the AC Class Rule.

  • Class R-5 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 5.

  • Class R-III Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC III.

  • Group II Class A Certificates The Class A-2a Certificates, the Class A-2b Certificates, the Class A-2c Certificates and the Class A-2d Certificates, collectively.

  • Class R-4 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 4.

  • Class R-II Certificate Any one of the Class R-II Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit D and evidencing an interest designated as a "residual interest" in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Subordinated Class means, with respect to the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes.

  • Class R-II Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC II.

  • Group 2 Senior Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class R-3 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 3.

  • Group II Senior Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class D Certificates “Class E Certificates,” “Class F Certificates,” “Class G Certificates,” “Class H Certificates,” “Class V Certificates” and “Class R Certificates” mean, in each such case, the Certificates designated as “Class A-1,” “Class A-2,” “Class A-SB,” “Class A-3,” “Class A-4,” “Class A-5,” “Class A-S,” “Class X-A,” “Class X-B,” “Class X-C,” “Class B,” “Class PST,” “Class C,” “Class D,” “Class E,” “Class F,” “Class G,” “Class H,” “Class V” and “Class R,” respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the forms attached hereto as Exhibits A-1 to A-20.

  • Subclass With respect to the Class A-V Certificates, any Subclass thereof issued pursuant to Section 5.01(c). Any such Subclass will represent the Uncertificated Class A-V REMIC Regular Interest or Interests specified by the initial Holder of the Class A-V Certificates pursuant to Section 5.01(c).

  • Class R-I Certificate Any one of the Class R-I Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit D and evidencing an interest designated as a "residual interest" in REMIC I for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class R-1 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 1.

  • Class R Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class R".

  • Required Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes means, for the Class C( - ) Notes for any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of
