Credit hour means 50 minutes of classroom instruction in
electronic credit ledger means the electronic credit ledger referred to in sub-section (2) of section 49;
Revolving Line of Credit means the Commitments of the Lenders to make Revolving Loans pursuant to Section 3 of this Financing Agreement and assist the Companies in opening Letters of Credit, Bankers Acceptances, Steamship Guarantees and Airway Releases pursuant to Section 5 of this Financing Agreement, in an aggregate amount equal to $250,000,000.
Incremental Revolving Credit Lender means a Lender with an Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment or an outstanding revolving loan under the Credit Agreement of any class as a result of an Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment.
Committed Revolving Line means a credit extension of up to Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000).
Extending Revolving Credit Lender has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(c).
Credit Enhancement Percentage For any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the sum of the aggregate Certificate Principal Balances of the Mezzanine Certificates and the Class CE Certificates, and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans, calculated after taking into account distributions of principal on the Mortgage Loans and distribution of the Principal Distribution Amount to the Certificates then entitled to distributions of principal on such Distribution Date.
New Revolving Credit Lender has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(a).
Revolving Credit Lenders means, collectively, all of the Lenders with a Revolving Credit Commitment.
Facility Production Limit means the production limit placed on the main product(s) or raw materials used by the Facility that represents the design capacity of the Facility and assists in the definition of the operations approved by the Director.
Revolving Credit Percentage as to any Revolving Credit Lender at any time, the percentage which such Lender's Revolving Credit Commitment then constitutes of the Total Revolving Credit Commitments (or, at any time after the Revolving Credit Commitments shall have expired or terminated, the percentage which the aggregate principal amount of such Lender's Revolving Credit Loans then outstanding constitutes of the aggregate principal amount of the Revolving Credit Loans then outstanding).
Revolving Administrative Agent has the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble of this Agreement.
Revolving Loan Account has the meaning described in Section 2.1.9 (Revolving Loan Account).
Letter of Credit Payment means any amount paid or required to be paid by the Issuing Lender in its capacity hereunder as issuer of a Letter of Credit as a result of a draft or other demand for payment under any Letter of Credit.
Revolving Credit Base Rate Option A fluctuating rate per annum (computed on the basis of a year of 365 or 366 days, as the case may be, and actual days elapsed) equal to the Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin, such interest rate to change automatically from time to time effective as of the effective date of each change in the Base Rate; or
Letter of Credit Advance means an advance made by any Issuing Bank or any Lender pursuant to Section 2.03(c).
Availability Credit means the remedy IBM will provide for a validated Claim. The Availability Credit will be applied in the form of a credit or discount against a future invoice of subscription charges for the Service.
Committed dose equivalent (HT,50) means the dose equivalent to organs or tissues of reference (T) that will be received from an intake of radioactive material by an individual during the 50-year period following the intake.
Required Revolving Credit Lenders means, at any date, Non-Defaulting Lenders holding a majority of the Adjusted Total Revolving Credit Commitment at such date (or, if the Total Revolving Credit Commitment has been terminated at such time, a majority of the Revolving Credit Exposure (excluding Revolving Credit Exposure of Defaulting Lenders) at such time).
Administrative Agent’s Account means, for each Currency, an account in respect of such Currency designated by the Administrative Agent in a notice to the Borrower and the Lenders.
Majority Revolving Credit Lenders means Revolving Credit --------------------------------- Lenders having at least 51% of the aggregate amount of the Revolving Credit Commitments or, if the Revolving Credit Commitments shall have terminated, Lenders holding at least 51% of the sum of (a) the aggregate unpaid principal amount of the Revolving Credit Loans plus (b) the aggregate amount of all Letter of Credit Liabilities.
Revolving Credit Availability means, at any particular time, the amount by which the Maximum Revolving Credit Amount at such time exceeds the Revolving Credit Obligations at such time.
Letter of Credit Account means the account established by the Borrower under the sole and exclusive control of the Administrative Agent maintained at the office of the Administrative Agent at 200 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 designated as the “Delphi Letter of Credit Account” that shall be used solely for the purposes set forth herein.
Service credit year means an accumulation of months of
Limited line credit insurance producer means a person who sells, solicits, or negotiates one or more forms of limited line credit insurance coverage to individuals through a master, corporate, group, or individual policy.
Revolving Credit Advance means an advance by a Bank to a Borrower as part of a Revolving Credit Borrowing and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurocurrency Rate Advance, each of which shall be a “Type” of Advance.
