Acceptable Inspector definition

Acceptable Inspector means (a) with respect to an inventory appraisal, Accuval Associates LLC or any other experienced and reputable appraiser reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and (b) with respect to a field examination, KPMG LLP or any other experienced and reputable field examiner reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
