Accepting Employees definition

Accepting Employees means Accepting US Employees and Accepting Foreign Employees.

Accepting Employees a Selected Employee who accepts Purchaser's offer of employment with the Company or a subsidiary of Purchaser as of the Closing Date and who does not rescind that acceptance prior to the Closing Date.

More Definitions of Accepting Employees

Accepting Employees means those employees of Seller or any of its Affiliates to be identified in accordance with Schedule 5.11 (whose contracts of employment transfer to Buyer, a Buyer Affiliate or Buyer Supplier on the Closing Date whether pursuant to the Transfer Regulations, on acceptance of Buyer’s offer of employment, by Employer Substitution or otherwise).
