Accepting Employees definition

Accepting Employees means Accepting US Employees and Accepting Foreign Employees.
Accepting Employees a Selected Employee who accepts Purchaser's offer of employment with the Company or a subsidiary of Purchaser as of the Closing Date and who does not rescind that acceptance prior to the Closing Date.
