When this additional 5% is added to the existing individually issued owner licences to drivers and the remaining Class A Accessible owner licences the City will have accomplished a 10% ratio for Wheelchair Accessible Taxis.
Accessible route means a continuous, unobstructed path connecting accessible elements and spaces in a building or within a site that can be negotiated by a person with a severe disability using a wheelchair and that is also safe for and usable by people with other disabilities. Interior accessible routes may include corridors, floors, ramps, elevators, and lifts. Exterior accessible routes may include parking access aisles, curb ramps, walks, ramps, and lifts. A route that complies with the appropriate requirements of ANSI A117.1 or a comparable standard is an accessible route.
Accessible surface means surface of equipment or of an equipment part that can be easily or accidentally touched by persons without the use of a tool.
Responsible Offeror means an Offeror who submits a responsive proposal and who has furnished, when required, information and data to prove that his financial resources, production or service facilities, personnel, service reputation and experience are adequate to make satisfactory delivery of the services, or items of tangible personal property described in the proposal.
Eligible owner means an owner of real property who is eligible to or has entered into an installment agreement;
Accessible Letter(s) means the correspondence used to communicate pertinent information regarding AT&T- 21STATE to the CLEC community and is (are) provided via posting to the AT&T CLEC Online website.
accessible format copy means a copy of a work or other subject matter in an alternative manner or form that gives a beneficiary person access to the work or other subject matter, including allowing such person to have access as feasibly and comfortably as a person without any of the disabilities or visual impairment referred to in subsection (2) of this section.
Certificateholder or Holder The person in whose name a Certificate is registered in the Certificate Register, except that, solely for the purpose of giving any consent pursuant to this Agreement, any Certificate registered in the name of the Depositor or any affiliate of the Depositor shall be deemed not to be Outstanding and the Percentage Interest evidenced thereby shall not be taken into account in determining whether the requisite amount of Percentage Interests necessary to effect such consent has been obtained; provided, however, that if any such Person (including the Depositor) owns 100% of the Percentage Interests evidenced by a Class of Certificates, such Certificates shall be deemed to be Outstanding for purposes of any provision hereof that requires the consent of the Holders of Certificates of a particular Class as a condition to the taking of any action hereunder. The Trustee is entitled to rely conclusively on a certification of the Depositor or any affiliate of the Depositor in determining which Certificates are registered in the name of an affiliate of the Depositor.
Farm tractor means every motor vehicle designed and used primarily as a farm implement for drawing plows, mowing machines, and other implements of husbandry.
Certificate Owner With respect to a Book-Entry Certificate, the Person who is the beneficial owner of such Book-Entry Certificate.

Responsible public entity means a public entity that has the power to develop or operate the applicable qualifying project.
Residual Information means the ideas, know-how, methods, and techniques that would be retained in the unaided memory of an ordinary person skilled in the art, not intent on appropriating the Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party, as a result of such person's access to, use, review, evaluation, or testing of the Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party. A person's memory is "unaided" if such person has not intentionally memorized the Confidential Information for the purpose of retaining and subsequently using or disclosing it.
Servicer Information As defined in Section 11.07(a).
Institutional Accredited Investor Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit G hereto.
Representative of a prospective contractor means an officer or director of a corporation, a member or manager of a limited liability corporation, a partner of a partnership or a trustee of a trust of the prospective contractor.
Unaffiliated Certificateholder Any Certificateholder other than the Depositor or an Affiliate of the Depositor.
Trustee Information As specified in Section 12.05(a)(i)(A).
Information Provider means the person or organisation providing the Information under this licence.
Collateral Information Certificate the Collateral Information Certificate to be executed and delivered by the Borrower pursuant to Section 5.1, substantially in the form of Exhibit J.
Depositor means Advisors Asset Management, Inc. and its successors in interest, or any successor depositor appointed as hereinafter provided."
Issuer-Represented Limited-Use Free Writing Prospectus means any Issuer-Represented Free Writing Prospectus that is not an Issuer-Represented General Free Writing Prospectus. The term Issuer-Represented Limited-Use Free Writing Prospectus also includes any “bona fide electronic road show,” as defined in Rule 433 under the Securities Act, that is made available without restriction pursuant to Rule 433(d)(8)(ii), even though not required to be filed with the Commission.
Locational UCAP Seller means a Member that sells Locational UCAP.
In writing” or “written means hand-written, type-written, printed or electronically made, and resulting in a permanent record;
Residual Knowledge means knowledge, techniques, experience and Know-How that are (a) reflected in any Confidential Information owned or Controlled by the Disclosing Party and (b) retained in the unaided memory of any authorized representative of the Receiving Party after having access to such Confidential Information. A Person’s memory will be considered to be unaided if the Person has not intentionally memorized the Confidential Information for the purpose of retaining and subsequently using or disclosing it.
Noteholder FATCA Information means, with respect to any Noteholder or Note Owner, information sufficient to eliminate the imposition of, or determine the amount of, U.S. withholding tax under FATCA.
