More Definitions of Collateral Information Certificate

Collateral Information Certificate means the Collateral Information Certificate dated the date of this Agreement, duly executed by each of the Borrowers and addressed to the Agent, and all final schedules, exhibits and attachments thereto, and all copies of agreements and other information required to be delivered to the Agent pursuant thereto.
