Accessing Agency definition

Accessing Agency means an agency, other than the Department of Children and Families or a County Department of Human / Social Services, which, through an "Agency Agreement on Access to eWiSACWIS," has direct access to eWiSACWIS for the purpose of viewing, adding, deleting, or modifying information on that system.

Collection agency includes a person that uses a fictitious name or the name of another in the collection or repossession of claims to convey to the debtor that a third person is collecting or repossessing or has been employed to collect or repossess the claim.

  • Licensing agency means the Rhode Island Department of Health.
