Lockbox Account Bank definition

Lockbox Account Bank means any bank or other financial institution at which one or more Lockbox Accounts are maintained.

Lockbox Account Bank means Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association or any other entity maintaining the Lockbox Account pursuant to the Lockbox Account Control Agreement.

More Definitions of Lockbox Account Bank

Lockbox Account Bank means any bank or financial institution that is satisfactory to the Senior Collateral Agent that executes and delivers to the Senior Collateral Agent a Lockbox Account Agreement.

Lockbox Account Bank shall have the meaning attributed to such term in the Security Agreement.

Lockbox Account Bank means a financial institution selected or approved by the Administrative Agent and with respect to which a Credit Party (other than TMIH and Trico Supply and its Subsidiaries) has delivered to the Administrative Agent an executed Lockbox Account Agreement covering all Lockbox Accounts at such institution.
