Fund Account definition

Fund Account means the bank account and the fund settlement reserve account that maintain the Entrusted Assets.
Fund Account means, in respect of a Fund, the account denominated in euro opened by the EIB in its books for the purpose of managing the Contributions Paid.
Fund Account refers to the bank account opened by Party B in the name of Party A and used exclusively for the deposit of entrusted investment funds and the settlement of entrusted investment business.
