Reserve Account Bank definition

Reserve Account Bank means the institution then holding the Reserve Account pursuant to Section 2.8.
Reserve Account Bank means BMO Xxxxxx Bank N.A., and any successor thereto under the Reserve Account Control Agreement.
Reserve Account Bank means Century Bank or such other bank or banks selected by the Administrative Agent to maintain the Reserve Account. The Administrative Agent may, in its reasonable discretion, request that the Borrower change the Reserve Account Bank up to one (1) time per year; provided that at any time during the continuance of an Event of Default there shall be no restriction on the Administrative Agent’s ability to request that the Borrower change the Reserve Account Bank.

  • To the extent funds are available in the Reserve Account, the Servicer shall cause the Reserve Account Bank to pay the amount requested to the applicable Managing Agent’s Account, as specified by the Administrative Agent, by 1:00 p.m. New York City time on the last day of such Interest Period or on such Settlement Date.
