Reserve Account Bank definition

Reserve Account Bank means the institution then holding the Reserve Account pursuant to Section 2.8.

Reserve Account Bank means BMO Xxxxxx Bank N.A., and any successor thereto under the Reserve Account Control Agreement.

Reserve Account Bank means Century Bank or such other bank or banks selected by the Administrative Agent to maintain the Reserve Account.
