Account Package definition

Account Package means a package designated by the Bank as an “Account Package” and allocated to a Customer. An “Account Package” allows the Customer to enjoy certain Features under, or in connection with, the Master Account.

Examples of Account Package in a sentence

  • The Raiffeisen Premium service may be used in conjunction with the Premium Account Package without a Supplementary Account Fee, if one of the following conditions is fulfilled.

  • The General Terms and Conditions differ depending on whether the customer requests a Premium or a Premium Gold Account Package.

  • For foreign currency payment transactions concerning the Premium Business Account Package, and on any foreign currency sub-accounts, the same fees as those belonging to flat fee account packages shall be charged.

  • If, on the day of the verification, the Customer has any debts that have been overdue for more than 30 days, then the Customer shall be obliged to pay, in relation to the maintenance of the Premium Account Package, a Supplementary Account keeping fee, regardless of whether all the other conditions are fulfilled.

  • If, on the day of the verification, the Customer has any debts that have been overdue to the Bank for more than 30 days, then the Customer shall be obliged to pay, in relation to the maintenance of the Premium Gold 2.0 Account Package, a monthly Account keeping fee, regardless of whether or not the other conditions are fulfilled.

  • If, on the day of the verification, the Customer has any debts that have been overdue to the Bank for more than 30 days, then the Customer shall be obliged to pay, in relation to the maintenance of the Premium Select Account Package, a monthly Account keeping fee, regardless of whether or not the other conditions are fulfilled.

  • The Raiffeisen Premium service may be used in conjunction with the Premium Gold Account Package without a Supplementary Account Fee, if one of the following conditions is fulfilled.

  • Type B package means a Type B packaging together with its radioactive contents. On approval, a Type B package design is designated by NRC as B(U) unless the package has a maximum normal operating pressure of more than 700 kPa (100 lb/in2 ) gauge or pressure relief device that will allow the release of radioactive material to the environment under the tests specified in 10 CFR 71 (hypothetical accident conditions), in which case it will receive a designation B(M). B(U) refers to the need for unilateral approval of international shipments; B(M) refers to the need for multilateral approval of international shipments.   • Application Package means the forms, schedules, checklists, exhibits, computer disks and instructions thereto obtained from the Agency, which shall be completed and submitted to the Agency in accordance with all regulations in order to apply for the HTC Program.

  • CREFC® Servicer Watch List/Portfolio Review Guidelines As of each Determination Date a report, including and identifying each Performing Serviced Loan satisfying the “CREFC® Portfolio Review Guidelines” approved from time to time by the CREFC® in the “CREFC® Servicer Watch List” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form (including other portfolio review guidelines) for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Bond Level File The data file in the “CREFC® Bond Level File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Bond Level File means the monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Bond Level File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Assumption Modification Posting Instructions Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Assumption Modification Posting Instructions Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File The data file in the “CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Loan Periodic Update File means the monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Loan Periodic Update File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Information Package means the most recent compilation of financial and other data with respect to the Failed Bank, including any amendments or supplements thereto, provided to the Assuming Institution by the Corporation on the web site used by the Corporation to market the Failed Bank to potential acquirers.

  • CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report The monthly report in the “Operating Statement Analysis Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Application packet means the information, documents, and fees required by the Department for the:

  • User seal check or "fit check" means an action conducted by the respirator user to determine if the respirator is properly seated to the face. Examples include negative pressure check, positive pressure check, irritant smoke check, or isoamyl acetate check.

  • Account Statement means a periodic statement of the transactions credited or debited to an Account;

  • CREFC® Investor Reporting Package® shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.
