Accounts; Records. The Servicer shall maintain accounts and records as to the Recovery Property accurately and in accordance with its standard accounting procedures and in sufficient detail (i) to permit reconciliation between payments or recoveries with respect to the Recovery Property and the amounts from time to time remitted to the Collection Account in respect of the Recovery Property and (ii) to permit the FRC Collections held by the Servicer to be accounted for separately from the funds with which they may be commingled, so that the dollar amounts of FRC Collections commingled with the Servicer’s funds may be properly identified and traced.
Accounts; Records. The Servicer shall maintain accounts and records as to the Transition Property accurately and in accordance with its standard accounting procedures and in sufficient detail (i) to permit reconciliation between payments or recoveries with respect to the Transition Property and the amounts from time to time remitted to the Collection Account in respect of the Transition Property and (ii) to permit the TC Collections held by the Servicer to be accounted for separately from the funds with which they may be commingled, so that the dollar amounts of TC Collections commingled with the Servicer’s funds may be properly identified and traced.

The Servicer shall maintain accounts and records as to the Storm Recovery Property accurately and in accordance with its standard accounting procedures and in sufficient detail (i) to permit reconciliation between payments or recoveries with respect to the Storm Recovery Property and the amounts from time to time remitted to the Collection Accounts in respect of the Storm Recovery Property and (ii) to permit the estimated SRC Collections held by the Servicer to be accounted for separately from the funds with which they may be commingled, so that the dollar amounts of estimated SRC Collections commingled with the Servicer’s funds may be properly identified and traced. The Servicer will perform periodic reconciliations (not less than annually) of estimated remittances (including the estimated write-off amount) with actual SRC Collections.
Accounts; Records. The Servicer shall maintain accounts and records as to the Securitized Utility Tariff Property accurately and in accordance with its standard accounting procedures and in sufficient detail (i) to permit reconciliation between payments or recoveries with respect to the Securitized Utility Tariff Property and the amounts from time to time remitted to the Collection Account in respect of the Securitized Utility Tariff Property and (ii) to permit the Securitized Utility Tariff Charge Collections held by the Servicer to be accounted for separately from the funds with which they may be commingled, so that the dollar amounts of Securitized Utility Tariff Charge Collections commingled with the Servicer’s funds may be properly identified and traced.
Accounts; Records. (i) The Servicer shall maintain accounts and records as to the Transferred Environmental Control Property accurately and in accordance with its standard accounting procedures and in sufficient detail to permit reconciliation between payments or recoveries with respect to the Transferred Environmental Control Property and the amounts from time to time remitted to the Collection Account in respect of the Transferred Environmental Control Property.
Accounts; Records. The Lender is authorized (but not required) to charge principal and interest and all other amounts due under this Note to any account of any Borrower with the Lender when and as it becomes due. All advances made by the Lender to the Borrower shall be evidenced by an appropriate notation on the books and records of the Lender, which records shall reflect each repayment on account of the principal thereof, and the amount of interest paid; and the Borrower authorizes the Lender to maintain such records or make such notations and agrees that the amount shown on the books and records of the Lender, as outstanding from time to time shall constitute the amount owing to the Lender pursuant to this Note, absent manifest error; provided, however, that the failure by the Lender to make any such notation with respect to any advance or payment shall not limit or otherwise affect the obligations of the Borrower hereunder. 4.3

(i) The Servicer shall maintain accounts and records as to the Transferred Bondable Transition Property accurately and in accordance with its standard accounting procedures and in sufficient detail to permit reconciliation between payments or recoveries with respect to the Transferred Bondable Transition Property and the amounts from time to time remitted to the Collection Account in respect of the Transferred Bondable Transition Property.
Accounts; Records. The dollar amounts of Securitization Charge Collections commingled with the Servicer’s funds may be properly identified and traced.

The Servicer shall maintain accounts and records as to the Intangible Transition Property accurately and in accordance with its standard accounting procedures and in sufficient detail (i) to permit reconciliation between payments or recoveries with respect to the Intangible Transition Property and the amounts from time to time remitted to the Collection Account in respect of the Intangible Transition Property and (ii) to permit the IFC Collections held by the Servicer to be accounted for separately from the funds with which they may be commingled, so that the dollar amounts of IFC Collections commingled with the Servicer's funds may be properly identified and traced.
