Accrued and Unpaid Salary and Expenses means such portion of Executive's Adjusted Cash Salary as has accrued by virtue of Executive's employment during the period prior to the date of termination and has not yet been paid, together with any amounts for expense reimbursement, vacation accruals and similar items which have been properly incurred or accrued in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement prior to the date of termination and have not yet been paid.

  • Accrued Amounts means:
