Class R means, when combined with any other capitalized term defined in this Agreement, of or relating to the Class R Certificates.
Examples of Class R in a sentence
If within one year after the second notice all Certificates shall not have been surrendered for cancellation, the Class R Certificateholders shall be entitled to all unclaimed funds and other assets of the Trust Fund which remain subject hereto.
Upon termination of the Trust and payment of the Certificates and of all administrative expenses associated with the Trust, any remaining assets of the Trust shall be distributed to the holders of the Class R Certificates.
If within one year after the second notice all Certificates shall not have been surrendered for cancellation, the Class R Certificateholders shall be entitled to all unclaimed funds and other assets of the Trust Fund that remain subject hereto.
