Accumulation Shortfall definition

Accumulation Shortfall shall initially mean zero and shall thereafter mean, with respect to any Monthly Period during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the excess, if any, of the Controlled Deposit Amount for the previous Monthly Period over the amount deposited into the Principal Funding Account pursuant to subsection 4.9(c)(i) with respect to the Certificates for the previous Monthly Period.
Accumulation Shortfall means (a) for the first Payment Date during the Controlled Accumulation Period, zero; and (b) thereafter, for any Payment Date during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the excess, if any, of the Controlled Deposit Amount for the previous Payment Date over the amount deposited into the Principal Accumulation Account pursuant to Section 4.4(c)(i) for the previous Payment Date.

Accumulation Shortfall means (i) on the first Payment Date with respect to the Accumulation Period, zero and (ii) thereafter, on each Payment Date with respect to the Accumulation Period, the excess, if any of the Controlled Deposit Amount for the preceding Payment Date over all amounts deposited in the Accumulation Account pursuant to Section 4.04(d)(i) on such Payment Date.
