Accuser is a term used to represent the person claiming knowledge of sexual misconduct by a person covered by this policy.
If after the exercise of such Good Faith Cure Efforts, the Accused shall be unable to cure the breach within 60 days from the Breach Notice, the Accuser shall, in good faith, extend the time in which to cure the breach, upon request of the Accused.
