ACH Payment Service definition

ACH Payment Service means a payment method by which American Express permits Company to make ACH Payments to its designated Suppliers.
ACH Payment Service means the payment method by which we permit you to request, and we make, ACH Payments; and “Nacha Rules” mean the operating rules and guidelines of Nacha or any other ACH used to process ACH Payments, as such rules are in effect from time to time. You may choose between the following options made available by us through the Service: (i) the ACH File Service (as defined below), whereby we generate ACH Files (as defined below) for processing by your bank or (ii) the ACH Payment Service, whereby you may send ACH Payments to your Suppliers in the United States. You acknowledge and agree that this is a one-time election and that upon making your election during initial Account set up, you will not be able to change your election thereafter. You further acknowledge and agree that the aggregate amount of ACH Payments you may process over a given period of time through the ACH Payment Service may be subject to certain limitations as set by us in our sole discretion. Examples of ACH Payment Service in a sentence

  • Company shall pay to American Express the Fees applicable to the ACH File Service and the ACH Payment Service as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and in accordance with Section 2.8 herein.

  • Company further acknowledges and agrees that the aggregate amount of ACH Payments it may process over a given period of time through the ACH Payment Service may be subject to certain limitations as set by American Express in its sole discretion.

  • This Section incorporates: (a) the designations and other information you provide in each ACH Request Form you complete and submit; (b) any instructions or additional information that may be provided to you regarding the Consumer ACH Payment Service by us or through Online Banking; and (c) the Entry Settlement Limit that we may separately communicate to you.

  • When you cancel the ACH Payment Service, such cancellation will have no impact on the other Services or account relationships, if any, with us.

  • Prohibited Payments You agree not to use the Consumer ACH Payment Service to make any payment IAT entries including, but not limited to, using funds that were sent to you from outside the United States if the funds were accompanied by instructions specifying one or more payments to be made with those funds or to make a payment outside the United States or for any payments that violate applicable law or any other agreements with NavyArmy.

  • You are solely responsible to assure that each Authorized ACH User shall be trained on and familiar with the systems used to provide the ACH Payment Service and NACHA’s Rules.

  • In addition to using the Access codes described in this section you and each Authorized ACH User also must use the security techniques that NavyArmy has established specifically for the Consumer ACH Payment Service, which may include the use of randomly generated numbers and/or tokens or other security devices.

  • Company hereby consents and authorizes American Express (i) to enable the ACH Payment Service as a service for Company and (ii) to share, release, communicate and provide to third parties, all relevant information and documentation received from Company pertaining to Company and its Suppliers (collectively, “Information”), including, without limitation, with respect to ACH Payments, that is necessary to effect the Service for Company.

  • You may request the Consumer ACH Payment Service and designate certain types of consumer NavyArmy Online Accounts, including checking, savings and certain money market accounts, from which these payments will be made (the "ACH Account").By completing and submitting an ACH Request Form or permitting anyone to initiate a payment via ACH from the ACH Account, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Section.

  • As such: By using the ACH Payment Service, you authorize us to obtain information about you and your beneficial owners (if any) from time to time from commercial credit and other reporting agencies, our subsidiaries and affiliates, and other third parties, for purposes of providing you the ACH Payment Service and other services described herein and for any other legitimate purpose.
