ACO Other Entity definition

ACO Other Entity means any entity that performs functions or services on behalf of an ACO or that works in collaboration with the ACO to accomplish ACO Activities, when that entity is not enrolled as a Participant or Preferred Provider but has entered into a contractual arrangement to collaborate or perform services with ACO, including, if applicable, a Business Associate Agreement. ACO Other Entities include, but are not limited to, contractors and consultants.
