Acquired Equity Securities has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).
Acquired Equity Securities has the meaning set forth in the Investment Agreement. “Additional Commitment Parties” means the funds and/or accounts that are managed, advised or sub-advised by each of Fintech Advisory Inc. and Asia Research & Capital Management Limited or such Person’s affiliate(s), in each case, that are signatories to the Investment Agreement.
Acquired Equity Securities means, collectively, the issued and outstanding equity securities of the Target Companies.

  • Previously Acquired Shares means shares of Common Stock that are already owned by the Participant or, with respect to any Incentive Award, that are to be issued upon the grant, exercise or vesting of such Incentive Award.
