Equity Shares definition

Equity Shares shall have the meaning attributed to such term in the recitals of this Agreement;

Equity Shares means the fully paid-up equity shares of the Target Company of face value of ₹10.00/- (Rupees Ten only) each;

Equity Shares means the Common Shares and any shares of any other class or series of the Corporation which may from time to time be authorized for issue if by their terms such shares confer on the holders thereof the right to participate in the distribution of assets upon the voluntary or involuntary liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Corporation beyond a fixed sum or a fixed sum plus accrued dividends;

• The BRLMs undertake and agree that such advertisements shall be issued only after the date on which the Equity Shares under the Offer are approved for trading on the Stock Exchanges.

• In the event this Agreement is terminated with respect to all Parties before the listing and commencement of trading of the Equity Shares on the Stock Exchange(s) pursuant to the Offer, the Parties agree that the Draft Red Xxxxxxx Prospectus, the Red Xxxxxxx Prospectus and/or the Prospectus, as the case may be, will be withdrawn from the SEBI as soon as practicable after such termination.

• Mutual Funds participating in the Mutual Fund Portion will also be eligible for allocation in the remaining Net QIB Portion to the extent of Equity Shares Bid by them for in excess of allocation under the Mutual Fund Portion.

More Definitions of Equity Shares

Equity Shares shall have the meaning given to such term in Recital (A);

Equity Shares means shares of capital stock of the Company of any class or series (other than Excess Shares). The use of the term “Equity Shares” or any term defined by reference to the term “Equity Shares” shall refer to the particular class or series of capital stock of the Company which is appropriate under the context.

Equity Shares means all Shares of all classes and series, including, without limitation, common Shares and preferred Shares.

Equity Shares or “Shares” shall mean the fully paid-up equity shares of face value of ₹ 10 (Rupees Ten only) each of the Target Company;

Equity Shares means fully paid-up equity shares of the Company of face value of INR 10 (Indian Rupees Ten only) each;

Equity Shares means equity shares of the Company having a face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each.
