Examples of Acquisition Securities in a sentence
Within 15 (fifteen) days from the receipt of the Fresh Issue Acquisition Notice or such extended period, as may be required, due to any approval pending from the Governmental Authority, the Company shall, and the Promoters and the Other Founding Shareholders shall ensure consummation of the acquisition of Fresh Issue Acquisition Securities by the Future Investor(s) on the same terms as mentioned in the Fresh Issue Participation Notice including the Fresh Issue Acquisition Price.
If the Company receives a Fresh Issue Participation Notice from the Investors, the Company can undertake the Fresh Issue only after, or simultaneously with, the completion of the sale of the Fresh Issue Acquisition Securities.
Notwithstanding anything contained in this Article 7.4.3, if the Future Investor does not purchase all of the Fresh Issue Acquisition Securities set out in the Fresh Issue Participation Notice, then the Company shall not be entitled to undertake the Fresh Issue without Investor Consent.
Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the Company shall endeavor that the sale of Acquisition Securities to the Acquiring Investor takes place simultaneously with the sale of Securities by the Other Investors to the Acquiring Investor.
The Acquisition Securities may be issued no later than three months after the date of the Meeting (or such later date to the extent permitted by an ASX waiver or modification of the Listing Rules).
