Acquisition Time definition

Acquisition Time means, in relation to any Original Account Holder’s Entry, its Effective Time (as defined in the definition of Original Account Holder below) and, in relation to any Subsequent Account Holder’s Entry, its Transfer Time;
Acquisition Time means the time on the Acquisition Date at which the Escrow Release Condition has been satisfied;
Acquisition Time means, in relation to any Original Account Holder’s Entry, its Effective Time and, in relation to any Subsequent Account Holder’s Entry, its Transfer Time;

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Rights shall not be issued in respect of any shares of Common Stock issued by the Company after the Shares Acquisition Time if such Rights, upon such issuance, would become null and void pursuant to Section 11(a)(ii).

  • Prior to the Stock Acquisition Time and subject to the penultimate sentence of this Section 27, the Corporation may, by resolution of its Board of Directors, and the Rights Agent shall, if the Corporation so directs, supplement or amend any provision of this Agreement in any respect whatsoever (including, without limitation, any extension of the period in which the Rights may be redeemed) without the approval of any holders of certificates representing shares of Common Stock of the Corporation.

Related to Acquisition Time

  • Transformation time means the time difference between a change of concentration or flow (t0) at the reference point and a system response of 50 per cent of the final reading (t50).

  • Merger Date means the closing date of a Merger Event or, where a closing date cannot be determined under the local law applicable to such Merger Event, such other date as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Target Acquisition means the acquisition of Target Shares by Purchaser pursuant to a Scheme or an Offer.
