Act of the owners definition

Act of the owners means action by the owners of an organization, other than a domestic corporation, in the manner provided in its governing statute.

  • Emergency Situation means a situation in which an individual is experiencing a serious mental illness or a developmental disability, or a minor is experiencing a serious emotional disturbance, and 1 of the following applies:

  • Banquet Event Order or “BEO” means a written order issued by the Contractor to the Judicial Council that confirms the Judicial Council’s specific instructions and orders with respect to the Program on any one or more of the following, but does not alter any of the Agreement’s terms and conditions: (i) meeting and/or function room(s) and set-up requirements and/or rental charges; (ii) meal menus and prices and set-up requirements; and/or (iii) audio-visual equipment and set-up requirements and/or rental charges.   • Flooding means a volume of water that is too great to be confined within the banks or walls of the stream, water body, or conveyance system and that overflows onto adjacent lands, thereby causing or threatening damage.

  • Emergency vehicle means emergency vehicles of municipal, township or county departments or public utility corporations when identified as such as required by law, the Ohio Director of Public Safety or local authorities, and motor vehicles when commandeered by a police officer. (ORC 4511.01(D))

  • Behavioral violation means a student’s behavior that violates the district’s discipline policies.

  • Load Management Event means a) a single temporally contiguous dispatch of Demand Resources in a Compliance Aggregation Area during an Operating Day, or b) multiple dispatches of Demand Resources in a Compliance Aggregation Area during an Operating Day that are temporally contiguous.

  • Event of Termination has the meaning specified in Section 7.01.
