Acting Officers definition

Acting Officers means the shareholders, directors, managing directors and officers for the time being of PCL Family members acting in relation to the affairs of any member of the PCL Family.

  • Acting Officers who fail to pass all compulsory requirements within the required time shall have recourse to the re-examination process under Section 11.

  • The top four (4) ranked Acting Officers shall be assigned across each of the four (4) Platoons, as will each subsequent grouping of the next four (4) ranked Acting Officers.

  • All Applicants in earlier cohorts who have successfully qualified as Acting Officers shall have greater ranking as an Acting Officer then senior Applicants who successfully qualify as an Acting Officer in subsequent cohorts.

Related to Acting Officers

  • Contracting Officer means the person designated by the Director or his duly authorized representative to execute this Agreement on the behalf of the Judiciary, and any other successor Contracting Officer who has responsibility for this agreement. The term includes, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the authorized representative of a Contracting Officer acting within the limits of his written authority.
