Certifying Officer definition

Certifying Officer has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(c).

Certifying Officer shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 8.15(d).

Certifying Officer means the official who is authorized to execute the Request for Release of Funds and Certification and has the legal capacity to carry out the responsibilities of §58.13.

More Definitions of Certifying Officer

Certifying Officer means each chief executive officer and each chief financial officer of an issuer, or in the case of an issuer that does not have a chief executive officer or a chief financial officer, each individual performing similar functions to those of a chief executive officer or chief financial officer;
