Warranty Period /„Maintenance Period‟ shall mean the period during which the Contractor shall remain liable for repair or replacement of any defective part of the Works performed under the Contract.
Product Warranty has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3.
Defective Product has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.
API means American Petroleum Institute.
Runtime Product means the version specific files and application program interfaces (APIs) specified in the RUNTIME.TXT file provided with SAP Crystal Reports 2008, SAP Crystal Reports for Eclipse 2.0, and SAP Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010.
Finished Products means the fully assembled and shrink-wrapped Licensed Products, each including a Game Cartridge, Game Cartridge label and Printed Materials.
Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.
Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate) meets 1 or more of the following:
Manufacturing Site means the facilities where a Compound is Manufactured by or on behalf of a Party, as such Manufacturing Site may change from time to time in accordance with Section 8.7.
Manufacturer means the person or body responsible to the approval authority for all aspects of the type approval process and for ensuring conformity of production. It is not essential that the person or body is directly involved in all stages of the construction of the vehicle which is the subject of the approval process.
Product Manufacturer means the entity that assembles the component parts to manufacture the final Product;
Product Specifications means those product, labeling and performance specifications for the Product filed with and approved by the relevant Regulatory Authority, including Product formulae, labeling, and materials required for the manufacture of the Product that is to be purchased and supplied under this Agreement, as such are set forth on Schedule 1.25, which specifications may be amended by the Parties from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;
Contract Manufacturer means a company that produces goods under contract for another company under the label or brand name of that company.
SKU means stock keeping unit.
Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.
Product Labeling means (a) the full prescribing information for the Product approved by the applicable Regulatory Authority, and (b) all labels and other written, printed or graphic information included in or placed upon any container, wrapper or package insert used with or for the Product.
