Actual Energy Rate definition

Actual Energy Rate means, for any Measurement Period, utility rates calculated by ENGIE Services U.S. using actual utility billing information supplied by District for that Measurement Period.

Examples of Actual Energy Rate in a sentence

  • Energy Use Savings will be calculated by Chevron Energy Solutions as the product of (i) the Energy Unit Savings multiplied by (ii) the greater of (a) the applicable Base Energy Rate or (b) the applicable Actual Energy Rate.

A renewable energy resource comes from the sun or from thermal inertia of the earth and minimizes the output of toxic material in the conversion of the energy and includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:

  • Renewable energy resources means energy derived from solar, wind, geothermal, biomass, and hydroelectricity. A fuel cell using hydrogen derived from these eligible resources is also an eligible electric generation technology. Fossil and nuclear fuels and their derivatives are not eligible resources.

  • Energy recovery means energy recovery from waste that is conversion of waste material into usable heat, electricity or fuel through a variety of processes including combustion, gasification, pyrolisation, anaerobic digestion and landfill gas recovery ;
