Energy Services definition

Energy Services means a provision of useful services to building occupants, such as heating and hot water, cooling, and lighting.

Energy Services has the meaning set forth in Article V of this Agreement.

Energy Services means the provision of Thermal Energy via the Infrastructure.

Examples of Energy Services in a sentence

• Purchaser agrees to purchase one hundred percent (100%) of the Energy Services generated by the System and made available by Provider to Purchaser during each relevant month of the Term, up to a maximum of one hundred and ten percent (110%) of Estimated Annual Production, as defined in Schedule 4.

• Purchaser desires that Provider install and operate an energy storage system at the Premises (as hereafter defined) for the purpose of providing Energy Services (as hereafter defined), and Provider is willing to have the Installation Work performed by using one or more qualified contractors holding the appropriate licenses required in the jurisdiction where the System will be installed.

• While the Energy Services are calculated and billed on a per kWh basis as set forth in Schedule 2 of these Special Conditions, they represent a package of services and benefits.

• The Port of Kennewick shall reimburse Energy Northwest the costs identified below incurred in connection with the Services rendered, including, subcontractors, materials (subcontract and materials costs include the supplier’s invoiced cost to Energy Northwest plus Energy Services & Development Overhead charge not to exceed 30%), and delivery costs that are attributable to a project or Service (the "Reimbursable Costs").

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, Provider shall continue to provide the Energy Management Services, and Purchaser shall continue to make the Energy Services Payments, while the Parties negotiate the changes to this Agreement contemplated in this Section 4.3.

More Definitions of Energy Services

Energy Services means the supply of electrical energy output from the System and any associated reductions in Purchaser’s peak demand from its Local Electric Utility. Purchaser agrees to purchase one hundred percent (100%) of the Energy Services generated by the System and made available by Provider to Purchaser during each relevant month of the Term, up to a maximum of one hundred and ten percent (110%) of Estimated Annual Production, as defined in Schedule 4. While the Energy Services are calculated and billed on a per kWh basis as set forth in Schedule 2 of these Special Conditions, they represent a package of services and benefits.

Energy Services means the provision by Corix of Thermal Energy via the Infrastructure;

Energy Services means the provision of Thermal Energy via the NES;

Energy Services means electrification services and

Energy Services means the provision of Thermal Energy via the Infrastructure in accordance with the Project Plan.

Energy Services means the provision of Thermal Energy to the Building via the Infrastructure.

Energy Services means the provision by the Utility of Thermal Energy via the Thermal Energy System.
