Energy Services definition

Energy Services means a provision of useful services to building occupants, such as heating and hot water, cooling, and lighting.
Energy Services has the meaning set forth in Article V of this Agreement.
Energy Services means the supply of electrical energy output from the System and any associated reductions in Purchaser’s peak demand from its Local Electric Utility. Purchaser agrees to purchase one hundred percent (100%) of the Energy Services generated by the System and made available by Provider to Purchaser during each relevant month of the Term, up to a maximum of one hundred and ten percent (110%) of Estimated Annual Production, as defined in Schedule 4. While the Energy Services are calculated and billed on a per kWh basis as set forth in Schedule 2 of these Special Conditions, they represent a package of services and benefits.

Examples of Energy Services in a sentence

  • You expressly authorize and appoint Enel X as a Demand Response Provider, Curtailment Service Provider or Aggregator for your electric vehicle service equipment to provide Energy Services.

  • You hereby consent to Enel X’s authority to access, use, or share customer data that is personally identifiable or linkable to you (“Customer Data”), only to the extent necessary to provide JuiceBox, JuiceNet-related services or the Energy Services.
