Actual Net Crude Consumption definition

Actual Net Crude Consumption means, for any Delivery Month, the actual number of Crude Oil Barrels run by the Refinery for such Delivery Month minus the number of Other Barrels actually delivered into the Crude Storage Tanks during such Delivery Month.

Related to Actual Net Crude Consumption

  • Actual consumption means the measured consumption by a customer of a municipal service;

  • Consumption of a chemical means its conversion into another chemical via a chemical reaction.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Gross weight means the aggregate weight of a vehicle or combination of vehicles and the load

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Consumption Data means customer specific electric usage data, or weather adjusted data, including but not limited to kW, kWh, voltage, var, power factor, and other information that is recorded by the electric meter for the Company and stored in its systems. Consumption Data also includes payment and service history, account number, and amount billed.

  • Finished water means the water that is introduced into the distribution system of a public water system and is intended for distribution and consumption without further treatment, except as treatment necessary to maintain water quality in the distribution system (e.g., booster disinfection, addition of corrosion control chemicals).

  • Fuel means any solid, liquid or gaseous combustible material;

  • Actual emissions means the actual rate of emissions in tpy of any regulated pollutant (for fee calculation) emitted from a Part 71 source over the preceding calendar year. Actual emissions shall be calculated using each emissions unit’s actual operating hours, production rates, in-place control equipment, and types of materials processed, stored, or combusted during the preceding calendar year.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • MWh means megawatt-hour.
