Crude Storage Tanks definition

Crude Storage Tanks means any of the tanks at the Refinery listed on Schedule E that store Crude Oil.
Crude Storage Tanks means the tanks owned by the Partnership or its subsidiaries that store Crude Oil, as further described on Schedule A.
Crude Storage Tanks means any of the Onsite Crude Storage Tanks or Offsite Crude Storage Tanks.

Crude Storage Tanks means, in respect of a Refinery, the tanks owned or used by the applicable Delek Entity to store Crude Oil located at, adjacent to or outside such Refinery and listed on Schedule D.

  • Storage tank means an aboveground storage tank or underground storage tank as defined by this Regulation.

  • Septic tank means a water tight tank designed to receive sewage and to effect the adequate decomposition of organic matter in sewage by bacterial action;

  • Underground facility means any item which shall be buried or placed below ground for use in connection with the storage or conveyance of water, sewage, electronic, telephone or telegraphic communications, electric energy, oil, gas or other substances, and shall include, but not be limited to pipes, sewers, conduits, cables, valves, lines, wires, manholes, attachments and those portions of poles and their attachments below ground.

  • Contaminated site means a site where there is a confirmed presence, caused by man, of hazardous substances of such a level that they pose a significant risk to human health or the environment taking into account current and approved future use of the land;

  • Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.
