Combined Tax Return definition

Combined Tax Return means a Tax Return filed in respect of U.S. federal, state, local or non-U.S. income Taxes for a Combined Group, or any other affiliated, consolidated, combined, unitary, fiscal unity or other group basis (including as permitted by Section 1501 of the Code) Tax Return of a Combined Group.
Combined Tax Return means any affiliated, combined, consolidated, unitary, group or other Tax Return that includes, or reflects the assets, liabilities or activities of, Seller Parent or any of its Affiliates (other than the Transferred Entities), on the one hand, and any of the Transferred Entities, on the other hand.
Combined Tax Return means any Tax Return with respect to any Combined Tax.

Combined Tax Return means a Tax Return filed or required to be filed in respect of federal, state, local or foreign income Taxes for a Combined Group, or any other affiliated, consolidated, combined, unitary, fiscal unity or other group basis (including as permitted by Section 1501 of the Code) Tax Return of a Combined Group.
Combined Tax Return means a consolidated, combined, unitary, affiliated or similar Income Tax Return or Non-Income Tax Return that actually includes, by election or otherwise, one or more members of the Parent Group together with one or more members of the SpinCo Group.
Combined Tax Return means any Tax Return reporting Combined Taxes of an Affiliated Group.
Combined Tax Return means any consolidated, combined, unitary, group or other similar Tax Return that actually includes, by election or otherwise, one or more members of the Corporation Group together with one or more members of the Asset Management Company Group.
Combined Tax Return means any Tax Return of any affiliated group within the meaning of Section 1504(a) of the Code or any other affiliated, combined, unitary or similar group defined under any state, local, or non-U.S. law that includes Seller or any of its Affiliates that are not being transferred pursuant to this Agreement, on the one hand, and one or more Transferred Entities, on the other hand.
Combined Tax Return means any Affiliated Group Tax Return that includes at least one member of the Seller Group, on the one hand, and at least one member of the Alkali Group, on the other hand.
