Acupuncture practitioner definition

Acupuncture practitioner means a practitioner licensed under this chapter to practice the techniques of acupuncture in this state and includes the term "acupuncturist."

Acupuncture practitioner means a person engaged in the practice of acupuncture. "Board" means the board of acupuncture.
