Valid License. If this provision is not met, the teacher’s salary will be reduced to the comparable step in salary lane 1A or 1V, whichever is applicable, and such salary will be paid until such time as verification of licensure or credentialing is received.

All Updates are provided to You on a license exchange basis. You agree that by using an Update, You voluntarily terminate your right to use any previous version of the Cyber Security Appliance. As an exception, You may continue to use a previous version of the Cyber Security Appliance after receiving the Update but only to assist in the transition to the Update, provided that: (a) the Update and the previous versions are installed on the same Appliance; (b) the previous versions or copies thereof are not transferred to another computer; and (c)You acknowledge that any obligation CCG may have to support the previous versions of the Cyber Security Appliance may be ended upon availability of the Update.

General Agent shall notify Covered California as promptly as possible upon the institution of any disciplinary proceedings against General Agent, its principal persons or its employees, relating to such licenses issued by the California Department of Insurance. Suspension, revocation or expiration of General Agent’s agent licenses shall terminate this Agreement immediately and retroactive to the date such licenses were suspended, revoked or expired. In case of such termination, General Agent shall return to Covered California all General Agent Payments that Covered California paid to General Agent under the suspended, revoked, or expired license since such licenses was suspended, revoked or expired.

Provider represents and warrants that it and each of its applicable Provider Associates (a) has a current, valid, and unrestricted license, certification, or other applicable qualification in the State of New Jersey and such license, certification, or other applicable qualification is not withdrawn, suspended, or restricted for any reason; and (b) meets all applicable federal and state participation requirements, allowing it to provide Provider Services in accordance with applicable Law.
