If the applicable Parties have not entered into the Status Quo Agreement by the date upon which the Bankruptcy Court enters an order approving the rejection of the Rejected Operative Documents, then the Debtors, in consultation with the Ad Hoc Noteholder Group, may make any submissions to obtain any regulatory authorizations required as a result of rejection of the Rejected Operative Documents, including seeking any authorizations from FERC under Section 203 of the Federal Power Act.
