Ad Hoc Group Advisors means Xxxxx Xxxx & Xxxxxxxx LLP and Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Inc., as counsel and financial advisor, respectively, to the Ad Hoc Group, as well as any local counsel(s) to the Ad Hoc Group, including, but not limited to, Xxxxxx & Loeff N.V. and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx LLP.
