Class D Noteholder definition

Class D Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Class D Note is registered on the Note Register.
Class D Noteholder means a Holder of a Class D Note.
Class D Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Class D Note is registered in the Note Register. “Class D Notes” has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
