Added Services definition

Added Services means the private non-advertising-supported Video-On-Demand programming services that are, and at all times during the Term shall be, (a) wholly-owned, operated and controlled by Licensee, (b) branded “Avail-TVN” and/or, for each System, white-labeled with the branding of such System and (c) accessible (i) via the website currently located at URLs consistent with such branding (“Online Service”) and (ii) via a video-player software application (also known as a “mobile app”) downloadable to Mobile Phones and Tablets at no cost to the Subscriber (other than equipment and data fees, and per-transaction prices to view Licensed Films and other programs on a VOD basis) (“Mobile Service”).
Added Services means any commercial or fee-based software-related service, including without limitation: system or application development or consulting; technical or end-user support or training; distribution maintenance, configuration or versioning; or outsourced, hosted or network-based application services.
Added Services are Shared Services which constitute additional infrastructure, administrative and support services that are specific to the business needs of Consulting. The Added Services to be provided and received during the term of this Agreement are identified on Schedule A. The costs of such services shall be allocated in the manner set forth on Schedule A and paid by Consulting as provided in Section 2.03. When acquiring new Added Services, the Parties will enter into a work order that defines the project, the service level and the pricing. Added Services being provided at the time this Agreement becomes effective shall continue until written notice of termination of such service pursuant to Section 7.02(c) is provided by Consulting to KPMG or such service is otherwise terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. No Added Service may be redesignated as a Basic Service or other status unless all Parties agree to such change in writing.

Added Services means the Video-On-Demand programming and distribution services that are, and at all times during the Term shall be, (a) wholly-owned, operated and controlled by Licensee, its Affiliates Bell Canada and/or Bell Aliant or another Licensee Affiliate pre-approved by Licensor [Note: if this still isn’t enough flexibility to Bell, please explain], (b) branded in a manner consistent with Licensee’s IPTV service “Fibe TV,” Licensee’s VOD Service “Vu!,” Bell Alliant’s VOD Service “On Demand” and/or any successor branding for such services and (c) accessible (i) via the website currently located at the URL ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇, URL(s) containing one or more instances of the foregoing branding or such other URL(s) controlled by Licensee or its Affiliates Bell Canada and/or Bell Aliant and pre-approved by Licensor (“Online Service”) and (ii) via a video-player software application (also known as a “mobile app”) downloadable to Mobile Phones and Tablets at no cost to the Subscriber (for clarity, equipment, data fees, and per-transaction prices to view VOD Included Programs and other programs on a VOD basis, are not deemed a cost to the Subscriber for purposes of the mobile app) (“Mobile Service”).
