Additional Awards means any monetary or non-monetary award by, or contracted through, PROMOTER, for distribution based upon the Event, other than (i) purse, (ii) point fund, (iii) Winner’s Circle and Plan awards, and (iv) the entry award for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion.

  • Performance Awards means an Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance goals or other vesting criteria as the Administrator may determine and which may be cash- or stock-denominated and may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of the foregoing under Section 10.

  • Annual Award means any Award referred to as an Annual Award in the Award Statement.
