Service Awards definition

Service Awards means the amount awarded by the Court and paid to the Class Representatives in recognition of their role in this litigation, as set forth in Section 8 below.

Service Awards shall have the meaning ascribed to it as set forth in ¶7.3 of this Settlement Agreement. The Service Awards requested in this matter will be $2,500.00 to each Class Representative, to be paid from the Settlement Fund, subject to court approval and will be in addition to any other Settlement benefits Plaintiffs may receive. Examples of Service Awards in a sentence

  • Members who are scheduled to work on the night of the Annual Service Awards Dinner and who will be receiving a Service Award shall be granted time off to attend.
