Service Awards definition

Service Awards means such funds as may be awarded by the Court to Plaintiffs to compensate them for their participation in the Action, as described in Section IV of this Agreement.
Service Awards means the amount awarded by the Court and paid to the Class Representatives in recognition of their role in this litigation, as set forth in Section 8 below.

More Definitions of Service Awards

Service Awards shall have the meaning ascribed to it as set forth in ¶ 7.3 of this Settlement Agreement. The Service Awards requested in this matter will be $5,000.00 to each Class Representative, subject to court approval and will be in addition to any other Settlement benefits Plaintiffs may receive. The Service Awards shall be paid from the Settlement Fund.
