Additional Equity Investment definition

Additional Equity Investment means the amount, if any, the Owner Participant shall provide (in its sole and absolute discretion) to finance all or a portion of the Owner Lessor's Percentage of the cost of any Required or Non-Severable Improvement financed pursuant to Section 11.1 of the Participation Agreement.
Additional Equity Investment means the amount, if any, provided by the Equity Investor to finance all or a portion of the cost of any Modification financed pursuant to Section 11.2(a) of the Participation Agreement.
Additional Equity Investment means the amount, if any, the Owner Participant shall provide (in its sole and absolute discretion) to finance all or a portion of the Owner Lessor’s Percentage of the cost of any Required Improvement or Non-Severable Improvement financed pursuant to Section 14.1 of the Participation Agreement.

More Definitions of Additional Equity Investment

Additional Equity Investment shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Refunding Agreement.
